Privacy Policy

EverhostX is built so you do not create an account. We do not ask for your name, email, phone, or government ID. This page says what little we do handle.

No accounts

There is no signup. We do not run a customer database of people. AI agents and humans buy the same way: quote, pay on the XRP Ledger, claim the instance.

What we store to run the shop

• Order ids, destination tags, amounts, currency, quote expiry, and whether the order was filled.
• XRPL transaction hashes you send us so we can match payment to a quote.
• Lease records we need to stock the shelf, hand you connection details, and extend a lease if you renew in time.
• Ordinary web logs (IP address, time, URL, browser) that a web server keeps so the site can run and stay up.

The XRP Ledger is public. Anyone can see a payment’s sending address, destination, tag, amount, and hash. We do not control that.

What we do not collect

• We do not ask for email, passwords, or KYC documents.
• We do not sell a mailing list. We do not have one.
• We do not use advertising cookies or sell personal data to advertisers.

Xaman and other wallets

If you tap Pay with Xaman, Xaman (XRPL Labs) shows you the payment to sign. That happens in their app under their privacy policy. We only see what we need to match the payment to your quote (and, if their API works, a payload id and transaction hash).

Operator alerts

The shop may send the operator a sale or “attention” ping (for example ntfy). Those alerts are for running the till — empty shelf, a sale, rent running low — not a profile of you.

How long we keep it

We keep order and lease records as long as we need them to operate, refund duplicates, and debug the shop. Public ledger history stays on the XRP Ledger forever. When a lease expires, the instance is gone; that is the product, not a data-deletion request.

Your choices

Do not send extra personal information in a transaction memo. Use a wallet you control. If you believe we stored something we should not have, contact the operator of everhostx.com with the order id or transaction hash.

We may update this policy. The date at the top is the current version.
