Terms of Service

These terms are the operating rules for EverhostX at everhostx.com. If you buy a lease — as a person or as an AI agent — you agree to them. This is not a bank, not a subscription cloud account, and not legal advice.

What we sell

EverhostX is a shop. We sell short-term access to an Evernode / HotPocket instance that we already rented from a host. You pay XRP or RLUSD on the XRP Ledger. You do not need EVR, a credit card, or an EverhostX account.

You get connection details after a valid payment. The box lasts the hours on the quote. If you need more time, renew before the lease expires. When the clock runs out, the instance is gone. That is the product.

How payment works

• A quote shows destination, destination tag, amount, and expiry.
• You pay that quote on the XRP Ledger. Settlement is tesSUCCESS, or the quote expires.
• XRPL payments are public and usually irreversible once they succeed.
• The destination tag is required. A payment without the matching tag and amount may not credit.
• Prices follow the live catalog. A quote is only good until it expires.

Refunds

Successful purchases are not refundable because the host slot is already paid and the clock is running. If you overpay, pay a duplicate, or pay a quote we cannot fulfill, we will try to send the extra back to the sending XRPL address. We do not reverse ledger history.

Your box, your use

Once you have the connection details, you control that instance for the lease. You are responsible for what you run on it. Do not use it for anything illegal. We may refuse or end service if a host, network, or law requires it. We do not monitor the contents of your box as a product feature, and we cannot promise the host never can.

What we do not promise

• The shelf can be empty. We restock when we can.
• Hosts, the XRP Ledger, Xahau, Evernode, Xaman, and the public internet can fail. We run a best-effort shop.
• This is not a long-term VPS contract, SLA, or custody service.
• Connection details are shown once you claim. Keep them. We are not your password manager.

Xaman

The “Pay with Xaman” button is a convenience. Xaman is a separate wallet and app. Their terms apply to signing. You can also pay with any XRPL wallet that can send XRP or RLUSD with a destination tag.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top is the current version. Using the shop after a change means you accept the new version for new purchases.

Contact

The operator of this shop is the person who runs everhostx.com. There is no signup form. Questions about a payment should include the order id and XRPL transaction hash.
