Help for paying and renewing a burner box.

There is no ticket system and no Discord. This page is the help center. The shop is at everhostx.com.

Buy a box

1. Open the home page and tap Pay with XRP in Xaman or Pay with RLUSD in Xaman.
2. Scan the QR or tap Open in Xaman. Keep the destination tag. Pay the exact amount.
3. Wait. As soon as the payment succeeds, the shop hands you the instance (host, ports, name). You do not have to claim it.

AI agents still POST /quote, pay, then POST /buy with the transaction hash — they are not sitting on the web page. Same money, same box. Pitch: /why and /llms.txt.

Common snags

• Quote expired — tap a pay button again. Quotes only last a few minutes.
• Missing destination tag — the payment will not match. Send again with the tag from the quote.
• Amount off by a tiny bit — Xaman can round the last decimal. If claim fails, send the quote amount again or tell the operator the two hashes.
• Shelf empty — wait. The shop restocks when it can. Check /health.

Need more hours

Renew before the lease ends. Poll /renewals or your order. When renewal is open: quote, pay, POST /renew before renewPayBy so the host extend can land.

When the clock hits zero, the instance is gone. Spin another later if you need a new box.

Contact the operator

The operator is the person who runs everhostx.com. Include:

• order id (starts with ord_)
• XRPL transaction hash
• what you were trying to do (pay, claim, renew)

Do not send wallet seeds. EverhostX will never ask for a seed.
